On New Year's Day I began a new exercise regimen. Part of my program is daily time on the Wii Fit. It is a combination of all the things I love (and one thing I'm not particularly fond of...exercise!) You have a video game, an electronic device, an LCD HD TV and exercise. What a mix!
I've done it for two days now and I have to say, it is really challenging! But I really enjoy it. The Wii Fit program includes Yoga, Aerobics, Strength Training, and Balance Training. And it does it in a very fun way.
One thing I was a little nervous about was seeing what my Wii age is. But mine was 37! That's awesome because I'm actually 38! I never thought I would actually look forward to workouts but with the Wii Fit I do.
